Questions
The questions people ask. Answered plainly.
From "what is this" to "does it produce .dst files". Each has its own page, written so a person gets a straight answer and an assistant can quote it correctly. Not here? Ask us or bring it to a demo.

What is Brandfora?Commerce infrastructure for decorators, printers, fulfillment partners and distributor networks. A prospect's domain becomes a branded store, priced from your own supplier accounts, with orders routed into your own production. Is Brandfora a store platform? No. A storefront is the visible layer; Brandfora is the operating layer underneath it — pricing, routing, catalog, terms and tenancy. Stores are one output of it.Is Brandfora a print-on-demand service? No. Brandfora never prints. Orders route to your own floor or to a network fulfiller you choose, on your own accounts. How do I get started?Book a demo and bring one prospect's domain. We build their store on the call, then scope catalog import and the first stores in onboarding.
How it works
What are the six store types?Employee and company, fundraising, pop-up, redemption, private B2B and public. Not six themes: six machines, each with its own access rules, payment model and lifecycle. How does a store get built from a domain?Paste the prospect's domain. The brand is read, the logo is validated against real print resolution, the right product mix is curated, and a themed, buyer-ready store is assembled. What is the multi-source catalog? One listing per physical garment, with every supplier's offer folded in. Prices are never stored in the index; every figure comes live from the supplier API under your own account. How does one cart route to different fulfillment models? Each line routes by decoration method, location and availability. Network fulfillment is one leg; PO plus self-fulfillment is two. The buyer sees one order.Does the design studio produce print-ready files?Yes. Decoration areas match the garment's real print zones, DPI is validated in real inches, embroidery digitises to .dst with stitch counts and thread palettes, and export is print-accurate PDF or SVG.Which suppliers and providers are supported?SanMar catalog ingest and cost sync run today, with the PO flow verified against SanMar's test environment. FulfillEngine and TaylorOnDemand are wired as network fulfillers. The full list, with an honest status per connector, is on the integrations page.
Money
Can buyers pay on net terms?Trade credit is built and rolling out account by account: balance states enforced at checkout, PO numbers validated at order time, invoices and statements from the same ledger as the order.Who controls cost and margin across a network?Lock modes decide it per account and per store: no lock, lock cost, lock selling, or lock both. Commission is snapshotted at order capture so a later price change never rewrites history.
Commercial
What does Brandfora cost?It is quoted per platform, not per seat. Four things move the number: store volume, catalog size, fulfillment model, and pricing and credit depth. Draft and prospect stores are not billed. We already use a store tool. Do we have to move? No. Catalog import and store rebuild are scoped in onboarding, and the platform sits on your own supplier accounts, domain and payment account. Start with the stores that want it.
Security and data
Where does our data live, and who controls it?Every tenant has its own database, storage bucket, DNS zone and certificate — not rows in a shared table. The partner running the store is the data controller; Brandfora is the processor. Are you SOC 2 certified? No. A SOC 2 readiness programme is underway, built on a verified gap audit mapped across all five Trust Services Criteria. We will say that plainly until an auditor says otherwise.
