For brands & corporate buyers
Buy the way your organisation actually buys.
Approvals, budgets, cost centres, purchase orders, and a catalog someone already vetted. Your people order from a store that looks like you and behaves like procurement expects — not from a generic shop with your logo dropped on the header.
We build the platform; our partners run the stores. You would buy from a decorator or distributor running on Brandfora, not from us — tell us what you need and we'll introduce one.
The problem, from your side
Ordering merch shouldn't need a project manager.
Most company merch runs on email threads, a spreadsheet of sizes, a PDF proof, and one person who knows which supplier to chase. It works until it has to happen twice a year across four offices.
- A size spreadsheet emailed round the office
- One invoice to split across four cost centres
- A JPEG proof approved over email
- New starters wait for the next bulk order
- Card payment, then an expense claim
- Each person orders their own size, from their own budget
- Cost centre captured on the line at order time
- A production-real print file, validated before it reaches the press
- The store is still open; they order on day one
- Company-paid, subsidised, split, or on purchase order
What it gives you
Six things that make it a procurement tool, not a shop.
Purchase-order numbers captured and enforced at order time, cost centres on the line, approval routing above a threshold, and invoices generated from the same ledger as the order — not reconciled to it afterwards.
Per-person or per-group budgets with reset cycles. Split checkout applies the allowance first and the card second, so nobody files an expense claim for a polo shirt.
Single sign-on through your own identity provider, invite-only access, email-domain gating, or an access code — chosen per store, not per platform.
Your colours, your logo, your domain with managed TLS. Applied before first paint, so the store never flashes someone else’s branding on the way in.
A curated catalog your partner controls — the garments, decoration methods and price points you agreed, not an open marketplace your staff have to navigate.
The design studio produces real print files with real decoration areas and DPI validation, so the artwork signed off on screen is the artwork that reaches the press.
Which store fits
Six store types. Pick the one that matches the job.
Each is a different machine with its own access rules, payment model and lifecycle — not a theme.
How you get one
Four steps, and one of them is ours.
Region, store type, roughly how many people it serves, and how you want to pay for it.
A decorator or distributor running on Brandfora who fits your region and the kind of store you need. We do not sell to you directly.
Your partner configures the catalog, pricing, access and branding. The platform underneath is the same one this site describes.
The store does not close when the campaign ends. Re-orders, new starters, seasonal refreshes — the same store, still there.
Can our people sign in with our existing accounts?
Yes. Stores support OIDC single sign-on against your own identity provider — your issuer, your claims, mapped to store accounts. Invite-only access, email-domain gating and access codes are alternatives where SSO is overkill.
Can we pay on purchase order rather than card?
Purchase-order capture and enforcement are built into checkout, and invoices and statements come from the same ledger as the order. Trade credit and net terms are built and rolling out account by account — your partner will be specific about your timeline rather than promising you a date.
Where does our data live, and who controls it?
The partner running your store is the data controller; Brandfora is their processor. Every tenant has its own database, storage bucket, DNS zone and certificate — not rows in a shared table. See the data processing addendum.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
No. A SOC 2 readiness programme is underway, built on a verified twelve-domain gap audit mapped across all five Trust Services Criteria. We will say that plainly until an auditor says otherwise. Multi-factor authentication, SSO, managed TLS and encrypted credential storage all ship today.
What happens to the store when the campaign ends?
That is your choice per store type. A pop-up closes itself on a schedule; a company store stays open indefinitely. The point of the platform is that the store outlives the order — re-orders and new starters do not need a new project.
Tell us what you need and we'll introduce a partner.
Region, store type, and roughly how many people it serves. That is enough for us to point you at the right operator — usually within three business days.
