Who controls cost and margin across a network?

Lock modes decide it per account and per store: no lock, lock cost, lock selling, or lock both. Commission is snapshotted at order capture so a later price change never rewrites history.

Quantity tiers and pricing sheets drive stores, quotes and curated catalogs from one source. The lock mode says whether the network sets cost, selling price, both or neither for a given account or store, and the portal flags any price that would fall below locked cost before it reaches a buyer.
