Pricing

Priced like infrastructure, not per seat.

If growth costs you a headcount, it isn't a platform. Brandfora is quoted per platform — a base that covers the engine, and usage that moves with the stores you actually run.

  • No per-seat tax
  • No charge for draft stores
  • Annual or monthly

How the number is built

Four things move the price. Nothing else does.

We quote from the shape of your operation, not from a feature matrix designed to push you up a tier.

Store volume

How many stores are live and serving buyers. Draft and prospect stores are not counted.

Catalog size

How many products and provider feeds the Master carries, and how often they re-seed.

Fulfillment model

Network only, PO + self-fulfillment, or both. Two-leg routing costs more to operate.

Pricing & credit depth

How much control you need over cost, margin and terms across a network.

Questions we get first

The commercial detail, up front.

Why no public price list?

Because the honest number depends on four variables and a list price would be wrong for almost everyone. We publish what moves the number instead, and quote inside a working session rather than after three discovery calls.

Do you charge per admin seat?

No. Add your whole ops team, your sales team, and your production floor. Seats are not a revenue lever — stores and orders are.

Do draft and unlaunched stores count?

No. Import a thousand prospect domains and generate a thousand draft branded stores; you are billed on stores that go live, not on pipeline.

Who owns the supplier relationship?

You do. On PO + self-fulfillment you buy blanks on your own supplier account, and the freight into your warehouse is your COGS. Brandfora never sits between you and your supplier terms.

What happens to margin on network fulfillment?

Lock modes decide who controls cost and who controls margin, per account and per store. Commission is snapshotted at order capture, so a later price change never rewrites history.

Is there a migration cost from our current platform?

Catalog import and store rebuild are scoped in onboarding, not billed as a separate professional-services line. We will tell you in the first session if your catalog shape makes that untrue.

Are net terms available today?

Trade credit is built and rolling out account by account: balance states, PO enforcement, invoices, statements, and overdue sweeps. We will be specific about your timeline rather than shipping you a maybe.
