The Integration Hub
What the platform runs on.
One hub. Credentials are scoped per tenant and encrypted at rest, and each connector declares what it does before you connect it. Some categories take one provider at a time; others stack.
56 connectors are catalogued; 13 have a live consumer today. The rest are built into the hub and store their credentials, but nothing reads them yet — they are marked BRINGING ON below, and this page is generated from the code that decides which is which.
What stacks, what doesn't
One gateway. Many decorators.
Payment, tax, CMS, ERP, file storage and email each take exactly one active provider — running two would let records drift apart. Brand, Alerts, Decorators, Shipping & labels, Suppliers, Sign-in all stack, because you route different orders to different decorators and run your own carrier account alongside the platform's.
Pull brand logos, colours and metadata for store onboarding.
Host and transform product images and media.
Route print-on-demand orders to the Fulfillment Flex Engine.
Store product media, artwork and mockups in a GCS bucket, optionally served through your own CDN domain.
Write uploads to the backend's own static/ folder. Development fallback — files are lost when the container is replaced.
Fetch company logos by domain for store branding.
Send transactional emails to buyers and sellers.
Source blank apparel from SanMar and place purchase orders via PromoStandards.
Catalog ingest and cost sync run today. The PO flow is verified end to end against SanMar’s Test environment, including a PO they accepted; the live-stack pass has not been run.
Quote live carrier rates and buy shipping labels for parcels you ship yourself.
Live carrier rates verified 2026-08-06. Label purchase and the tracking webhook are unverified.
Post a message to a Slack channel when an order is placed, so the team sees it without watching the dashboard.
Accept payments and route payouts to vendors.
Payments and Stripe Tax run today. Connect payouts hold `pending` until a seller’s Connect account is enabled, and offline settlement is the exercised path.
Calculate sales tax across jurisdictions.
Integrated against TaxJar’s sandbox. Production tax handling is not claimed.
Enterprise gateway with broad local payment method coverage. Worth it at volume, heavy to set up below it.
Australian buy-now-pay-later, split over four instalments. Trades a higher merchant fee for larger average order value.
Post-purchase tracking across 1,100+ carriers, with branded tracking pages and delivery notifications. Tracking only — it buys no labels.
Source blanks from alphabroder over PromoStandards — the same SOAP service set as SanMar, so both share one client.
Cheapest per-message option at volume. Requires moving out of the SES sandbox before it will mail unverified recipients.
Direct eParcel and Parcel Send account — domestic AU parcels, plus StarTrack for express and heavier freight.
Long-established US gateway, commonly required when an existing merchant account is already tied to it.
Tax calculation and filing across US states, AU GST, EU VAT and more. The default choice once nexus spans several jurisdictions.
PayPal-owned gateway with card, wallet and local payment methods under one merchant account.
Transactional and marketing email under one account, formerly Sendinblue.
Enterprise headless CMS with strong localisation and publishing workflow.
US-based DTG and embroidery print-on-demand. Low unit cost, narrower catalogue than Printful or Printify.
International express. Usually the strongest option for outbound parcels leaving Australia.
Multi-carrier rates, labels, tracking and address verification.
Australian card gateway (Rapid API), widely supported by AU acquiring banks.
Direct FedEx account for rates, labels and tracking.
Distributed print-on-demand with local production in Australia and 30+ other countries, which shortens delivery on international orders.
Sign in with a GitHub account. Mainly useful for staff and developer logins.
Let customers sign in with a Google account. Stacks with email/password rather than replacing it.
Print-on-demand manufacturing network. Orders are placed against a Recipe, which pins the vendor and product configuration.
Ecommerce marketing automation — abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows driven off order events.
Newsletter and campaign marketing to a subscriber audience.
Transactional email and routing, billed per message.
European gateway with strong iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA coverage.
Open-source ERP covering inventory, purchasing, manufacturing and accounting.
Self-hosted, TypeScript-native CMS. Attractive when content should live on your own infrastructure.
Accept PayPal balance, and PayPal-brokered card payments.
Transactional-only sender with a strong deliverability reputation, because it refuses bulk marketing mail.
Print-on-demand decoration and drop-ship. Deepest design-placement API of the POD networks — multiple layers positioned per item.
Print-on-demand across a network of 100+ print providers, so a backordered provider can be substituted rather than blocking the order.
VAT/GST calculation plus compliant invoicing. Strongest where the obligation is EU VAT or AU GST rather than US sales tax.
Source blanks from S&S Activewear. Plain REST/JSON covering products, live inventory, pricing, orders and tracking — no SOAP and no certification step.
Structured content platform with a real-time editing studio. The usual pick when editors want live preview.
High-volume transactional email from Twilio. Deep deliverability tooling, heavier setup than Resend.
Australian carbon-neutral parcel carrier with flat-rate pricing and no account minimums. Good fit for low-volume AU domestic.
Multi-carrier rates and labels through one API, with discounted rates out of the box.
Any SMTP server — a company mail host, a relay, or a provider with no first-class integration here.
Card payments that share a merchant account with Square POS — useful if you also sell in person.
Australian and New Zealand shipping automation — aggregates Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, Aramex and DHL behind one account.
Open-source self-hosted headless CMS.
US sales tax only, free or low cost in member states. Narrower than Avalara but far cheaper.
Direct UPS account. Negotiated rates typically beat any aggregator once volume is steady.
Enterprise tax engine, usually chosen when finance already runs Vertex against an ERP.
Need a provider that isn't here?
The supplier layer is written against PromoStandards rather than against any one supplier, so the second and third are cheaper than the first. Tell us where you sit in the graph.
